We can help you to develop self-knowledge and an understanding of how the spirit is at work in your life.

This is accomplished through meetings where you are invited to relate and embrace your life experiences, to recognise the movement of God in your life and to respond to God. The ultimate goal is to gain an increased awareness of the presence of God that gives meaning to life.

If we can’t help you ourselves we’ll find someone who can. We have a list of spiritual directors across the archdiocese who we can put you in touch with should you want some help in your prayer life.
